Nouveaux Ballets Russes: Swan Lake

The Nouveaux Ballets Russes (NBR) is a new international ballet company founded by The New Generation Foundation in collaboration with Artistic Director Xander Parish OBE, one of the most distinguished ballet artists of his generation.

The company makes its debut with a brand-new production of Tchaikovsky’s Swan Lake, a reinterpretation of the celebrated ballet as a contemporary myth, under the baton of Maestro James Conlon and with stage direction by Jean-Romain Vesperini.

Co-produced by The New Generation Foundation and the Teatro del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, the production premieres in the Sala Grande of the Maggio on Sunday 14 March 2027 before embarking on an international tour.
